Booking Policies

Deposit

A 30% (1hr) or 35% (2+hr) non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is applied toward your photography balance.

Availability

General availability is weekends. Weekday sessions may include a premium. Any applicable premium will be calculated and confirmed at the time of booking.

Advance Booking

Pixel Precision Media recommends booking at least two weeks in advance.

Travel

Locations requiring more than one hour of travel may include an additional travel fee. Any applicable travel fee will be calculated and confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All booking deposits are non-refundable. If a session or event is cancelled or rescheduled, the original deposit will not be refunded.
